California Gov. Gavin Newsom, the subject of rampant speculation about who could be in the mix to replace President Biden on the Democratic ticket, will campaign for Biden in three states over the next several days, including in Michigan on July 4. A spokesman for Newsom said the governor would also travel to Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.
